Project Mohua Volunteer and Support page

Project De-Vine has regular working bees to help deal with bad areas of old man's beard and banana passion vines primarily.

We have a list of people who wish to be notified by e-mail of upcoming session (mainly in the late summer to autumn period. You can join that list by contacting us: by email please include your location (to see who the nearest groups are) and phone number (for wet weather changes of times) etc.

Project De-Vine needs help on a medium to long term basis to assist with proof reading and editing newsletters, articles and applications for funding. This is sporadic work that can be done by e-mail. Please contact us: by email

Project Mohua is looking for help to create a fold out flyer for leaving in tourist venues. We need someone with a creative skill to make our words and photos come to life! Please contact us: by email

StreamCare has regular working bees to help with planting trees along riparian margins. We have a list of people who wish to be notified by e-mail of upcoming planting session. You can join that list by contacting us: by email please include your location (to see who the nearest groups are) and phone number (for wet weather changes of times) etc.

Donations to Project Mohua are also welcome to aid the many and various programmes that we support. As a donation to a non-profit organisation, The Royal Forest and Bird Protection Society is the umbrella for our Project, these are tax deductible and we can send a receipt.
